What to Expect from Therapy

Counseling is a process of self-discovery, compassion, curiosity and healing.   We will gently explore in a safe environment, moving at the pace that allows for your own timing to integrate and heal.

My office is located in Centennial and I welcome clients from the surrounding communities.  I also do sessions remotely, so if you live outside of town I am able to help.
